Contact forms and reservations
When filling out a form on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email, address or other details to help you with your experience.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown on the comments form and also the visitor’s IP address and the sequence of browser user agents to help detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to verify that you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile photo is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Site visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies last for a year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you sign in, we’ll also set up multiple cookies to save your login information and your screen display options. Login cookies last two days and screen option cookies last one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you sign out of your account, login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. Expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other site.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, incorporate additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content, if you have an account and are logged on to that site.
We use the Mailchimp platform to send our newsletter
MailChimp is a service that organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. If you provide data (for example, your email address) to subscribe to our newsletter, it will be stored on MailChimp servers in the USA.
MailChimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads for its own advertising network.
